EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE
Our process is founded upon a commitment to give our clients an extraordinary experience throughout the entire journey.
Step 1: Idea Session
The Idea Session is collaborative effort to establish the scope of your project. During the Idea Session we establish your design preferences, project requirements, budget and timeline.
Step 2: Initial Concept & Budget
In this step, your ideas are captured in a preliminary floor plan and front elevation for review and approval. Additionally, your proposed budget is revised to reflect the accepted concept drawings.
Step 3: Final Drawings & Selections
Final specifications and selections are made in Step 3, and a complete set of construction documents are created, ready for the permitting process. Additionally, in Step 3 we finalize the total project cost and present a Construction Agreement for your approval.
Step 4: Making it a Reality
With a building permit in hand, we commence construction. During construction, we provide ongoing progress updates through regular communication, project photos and virtual walk-thru's.
Step 5: Handing over the Keys
After the Certificate of Occupancy has been issued and before you take possession, we conduct a detailed internal quality control audit to ensure everything is exceptional and meets both RPA's standards and our clients' expectations. Our commitment to excellence is backed-up by our warranty program.

George A. de los Reyes
A second generation General Contractor, George spent his high school and college summers working in the field in his father's construction company. He learned first-hand the value of hard work, quality craftsmanship and surpassing client expectations.
After graduating from Florida International University in 1992 with a BS in Civil Engineering, George was recruited by a multi-national General Contractor and Developer, where he worked on large commercial projects for Marriott Hotels, Capital One, Citibank and PricewaterhouseCoopers. George obtained his Florida Certified General Contractor license in 1994.
In 2000, George and his family settled in Naples and launched RPA.
